Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. We're confident you'll love MetaPreview, but if you're not satisfied, we'll make it right.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- Your account is in good standing
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests made after the 14-day window
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Subscription renewals (only first-time purchases are eligible)
- Partial month refunds (refunds are full-subscription only)
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at [email protected] with your account email
- Include your subscription receipt or order number
- Briefly explain your reason (optional but helps us improve)
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing cycle (unless within the 14-day guarantee period)
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan or the free plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades.
6. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times
- Your account may be temporarily downgraded to the free plan
- You will receive email notifications about the payment issue
7. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:
- Contact our support team immediately at [email protected]
- We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the 14-day window
8. Fraudulent Transactions
We take fraud seriously. If we detect fraudulent activity:
- The transaction will be reversed
- The associated account will be terminated
- We may report the incident to relevant authorities
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Loss of eligibility for future refunds
- Additional fees to cover chargeback costs

10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
