By accessing or using MetaPreview ("Service"), operated by Navi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MetaPreview provides a web-based tool for previewing and generating meta tags for websites. The Service includes:

URL meta tag analysis and preview
Meta tag HTML code generation
Platform-specific preview rendering (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
API access (for paid plans)

3. User Accounts

For certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
Abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass usage restrictions
Scrape, data mine, or harvest data from the Service
Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
Automatic recurring billing unless canceled
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
No refunds except as outlined in our Refund Policy

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan includes rate limits (10 URL previews per day). We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Navi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of URLs and data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Navi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
